Jet Home Loans, Where Dreams Take Flight, seeks Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) in the Herndon, VA market to develop relationships and maintain contact with Dream Finders Homes home buyers throughout the country. In this role, you will manage leads, work on a pipeline of mortgage applications, and work with our internal processing, appraisal, and underwriting professionals to expedite the approval and closing of loans and ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction. We offer a broad product line with aggressive Government, Conventional, and Jumbo pricing. Our Loan Originators enjoy the exclusive advantage of company-generated leads. As new construction financing experts, we offer multiple long-term rate lock options, many with terms of up to 12 months.


Job Requirements:

Demonstrated sales success in the mortgage industry and superior communications and analytical skills are required.

Established relationships with local referral networks

Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans

2 year mortgage industry experience preferred

Mortgage Loan Origination License preferred
