What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Assistant position at Roadrunner Charters, Inc.?
Come work in a relaxed atmosphere with a casual dress code and a great group of people. The candidate will be working under the sales director to coordinate all charter bookings. The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Review sales orders, ensuring payment, contracts and itineraries have been received
- Proof travel itineraries and contact information to ensure accuracy
- Oversee the day-to-day subcontracting process for the charter department
- Assist with inbound phone calls and email follow up
- Assist sales team with quote activities
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Respond promptly to managers’ queries
- Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems, recording meeting minutes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.25 per hour
