Responsibilities:Drive or lead a social creative production machine (we’re talking social content at scale!).Partner with Project Managers and a robust Content Studio, bringing strategic and social-first thinking to the briefs they receive.Champion quality and brand/product, ensuring the team creates compelling, accurate and effective content for social, blog, and other digital platforms.Support or oversee the execution of monthly editorial calendars for global social channels — and play a key role in elevating and evolving their work on an ongoing basis.Serve as day-to-day contact for mid- to senior-level clients, providing our client's POV and expertise in digital and social.Deep knowledge of social platforms — understand and articulate best practices based on business needs, along with the communications strategist.Understand the role of organic social for brands and be able to articulate best practices for producing organic social content across channels like LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.A keen eye for what makes compelling social — from the post copy to dynamic asset.Build trusting client relationships across the brand’s organization, navigating client approval processes and structure. Manage multiple urgent projects, with the ability to manage up and down to ensure the team meets deadlines and stays on budget. Serve as a main point of contact for integrated agency team partners to ensure smooth operation and execution of social strategy, in partnership with SVP, Social Strategy.Play a key role in social campaigns, bringing a client and social-first lens to the team’s thinking, from concepting through to execution.These roles are hybrid onsite 3 days/week, 40 hours per week, for at least 3 months.Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
