Reporting to the Controller, this role will be a jack of all trades in a busy office setting handling all accounting support functions and daily HR and office administration.Responsibilities include:Accounts Payable and Receivable functionsMaintain all financial transactions in QuickBooksReconciling bank accountsAssist with month end and audit preparationVendor RelationsHuman Resources- handle all payroll, benefits administration, office management, employee relationsOffice Management- planning company events, ordering supplies, maintaining filesThe ideal candidate will have previous Bookkeeping and HR administration experience.
