Our client in the Non-Profit industry is searching for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their company for a hybrid position! A demonstrated ability in overseeing cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, full cycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close, will be critical to the success of this Full Charge Bookkeeper role. Client offers hybrid flexibility and a generous benefit package- If you are interested in this role, please contact Melissa Tree at 808.452.0254 What you get to do every day- Produce cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.- Create cash flow projections, as needed- Assemble subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement- Provide monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents- Work on special projects occasionally- Enter Accounts Payable- Guide monthly accounting close- Well-versed in credit card management and reconciliation- Keep sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments- Report on business license and gross receipts
