Responsibilities
- Handle full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Conduct account reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy
- Process invoices efficiently and accurately
- Maintain accurate customer credit records
- Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action for delinquent payments
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite for data entry and other tasks
- Ensure billing processes are carried out in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline accounting processes
- Resolve customer credit inquiries in a detail oriented and efficient mann
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or a similar role
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience in Billing and Data Entry
- Expertise in Invoice Processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
