A nonprofit organization located on the Northwest side of Indianapolis is looking for a full time Accounting Specialist to join their team. This role will be hybrid offering you the flexibility to work from home two days a week.Day to day responsibilities: Accounts Receivable - Customer invoicing, payment posting, chargebacks, follow up on past due invoices Accounts Payable - Vendor file maintenance, entering and matching vendor invoices, payment of vendor invoices (checks, wires, etc)Account reconciliationsMUST be able to perform Pivot Tables and Vlookups in Excel!
