Are you an influential force in team environments? Robert Half is looking for an analytical and organized Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk for a developing company on a long-term contract / contract to permanent basis. The Accounts Payable Clerk will match, batch, and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. An individual in this position will need a high aptitude for computer software, be mindful of details and a self motivator. This Accounts Payable Clerk role will be located in the Combined Locks, Wisconsin area and will be a long-term contract / contract to permanent position.Responsibilities- Help with internal and external audits as required- Implement full-cycle A/P- Provide customer service to internal business partners- Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling- Perform special projects as assigned- Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail- Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks
