- Processing up to 200 customer credit applications in a day with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintaining precise customer credit records using Sage 300
- Conducting check runs twice a month to ensure timely payments.
- Utilizing skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, and Sage 300 to perform job functions effectively.
- Going beyond the role of a data entry clerk by applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ensuring all financial records are kept confidential and secure.
- Collaborating with the finance team to improve financial processes and procedures.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the finance department by performing other related duties as assigned.
