Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client looking for an interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO).This contract CFO position will oversee all finance, accounting, internal controls, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, tax, contract administration, Information Technology, legal administrative, building maintenance and facilities functions. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall financial health and well-being of the organization.

- Supervise implementations and upgrades for financial systems
- Manage relationships with investors and investment institutions
- Manage or oversee the relationship with independent auditors

- Govern accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and other computer software
- CPA designation or MBA highly preferred
- Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior accounting/finance position
- Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
