We currently have an open position for a results-oriented administrative assistant who is deeply passionate about growing their career. In this role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties. Do you love mail merging, pivot tables and presentation design? - General Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as managing incoming calls, handling correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff members.
- Data Entry and Database Management: Accurately enter and update data in our systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information.
- Document Preparation and Formatting: Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring they are well-organized and formatted appropriately.
- Support Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow, assist in organizing team events, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Office Software: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with data entry and database management.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address challenges independently while seeking guidance when needed.
- Team Player: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.
- Confidentiality: Understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
