For more information and how to apply, please call 818-884-3888.• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed• Prepare and perform weekly check runs, as well as electronic payments• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable files and documentation• Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and accruals• Collaborate with internal departments to address inquiries and resolve payment issues• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounts payable operations
