What are the responsibilities and job description for the AP Manager position at Robert Half?
Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a hands-on AP Manager. This consultant will need to be comfortable working in the details of the AP process to ensure timely payments, proper account classifications and proper allocation to the appropriate reporting period. Interested candidates should be well versed in different AP systems, have a baseline knowledge of GAAP accounting and prior experience in system implementations. • Review AP runs• Assist in cash reporting• Proactive in recommendations for process improvement related to new payables systems• Understand the GL impact of proper account and period classifications• Review expenses across periods• Variance analyses• Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as needed• Assist with special projects as needed
Salary : $55 - $65
