We are seeking an Application Development Project Manager/Lead to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of various building sensor systems, providing critical vendor management, system training, data governance, and system adoption facilitation.EXPERIENCE WITH SMART BUILDING SENSORS IS REQUIRED!Responsibilities:• Oversee the development and implementation of various building sensor systems• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers as needed• Conduct basic system training for users and stakeholders• Implement data governance procedures to ensure the accuracy and security of system data• Facilitate system adoption among users, providing support and troubleshooting as needed• Respond to user feedback and system issues, implementing enhancements and improvements as necessary• Monitor and manage customer credit accounts, taking appropriate action on delinquent payments• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in technology.
