Accounts Receivable Specialist - South Windsor, CT (FULLY Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:
- Process and apply cash receipts to customer accounts promptly and accurately.
- Perform commercial collections to ensure timely payments and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, prepare reports, and support financial decision-making.
- Navigate and utilize ERP software effectively to manage accounts receivable processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
- 1 years of current accounts receivable experience
- MS Excel proficiency
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
