Robert Half is looking for a Michigan trusts and estates attorney with at least 5 years experience for a part-time/remote position. This position will require reviewing and updating practical guidance and forms for attorneys and creating new content as needed. This is a contract position involving flexible hours assignments can be completed as your schedule permits as long as the deadline is met. Preplacement will involve a writing test.

-Location: Remote
-Pay: $43.00/hour
-Duration: 6 Months
-Hours: 10-15 hours a week (Flexible schedule)
Description:
-Draft, review and revise practical guidance articles on trusts and estates and probate topics
-Review and update wills, trusts, powers of attorney and related estate planning documents
-Draft new forms checklists, charts and other how-to guidance on estate planning topics as needed
-Supplement existing documents with state-specific practical guidance based on state law local custom and legal practice experience
Requirements
Qualifications:
-Law degree from an accredited law school
-Member in good standing of the Michigan Bar
-Must have 5 years of experience as a practicing trusts and estates attorney
-Substantive experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives and other estate planning documents
-Excellent writing editing and legal research skills - Writing Test will be required
-Comfortable working in Microsoft Word with track changes and conducting online research
-Effective written and oral communication skills
-Ability to complete assigned projects by prescribed deadlines
-Organized self-motivated detail-oriented and able to manage tasks effectively
