Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling transactions, answering inquiries, and addressing client concerns in a professional manner.
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions. Manage and balance cash drawers.
- Perform general administrative duties, including managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist customers with account-related services, including opening and closing accounts, and providing information on banking products and services.
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent service delivery.
Requirements
- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Banking Experience: Previous experience as a bank teller or in a similar banking environment is essential.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in handling transactions and managing records.
