We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Benefits Administrator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and administering our employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional service to our employees.Responsibilities:Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits offerings.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, assisting with problem resolution and providing guidance.Maintain accurate records and databases related to employee benefits.Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement strategies for enhancing our benefits offerings.

Salary : $21 - $24
