Responsibilities
- Assess billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, tracking down missing or correct data when necessary
- Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence
- Investigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered
- Construct financial procedures and controls
- Highly-experience in in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Requirements
Preferred experience
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
- Billing Functions experience
- Account Transaction experience
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Foundational knowledge in credit
