Robert Half is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to partner with one of our clients. As the bookkeeper, you will own data entry, cash applications, and full cycle A/P. Apart from this, you will manage monthly P& L statements, accounts receivable, reconciliation, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable. - Competent in credit card management and reconciliation
- Manage sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
- Organize cash flow projections, as needed
- Keep Accounts Payable up to date
- Handle Accounts Receivable
- Produce subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
Requirements
- Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines
- Experience with QuickBooks a PLUS
- Strong familiarity with bank reconciliations
- Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and social skills
- Previous accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
