This role will consist of Bookkeeper tasks such as data entry, full cycle A/P, and cash applications. Your responsibilities in this role
- Organize cash flow projections, as needed
- Catalog sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
- Oversee monthly accounting close
- Keep a general ledger
- Get ready subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
- Qualified in credit card management and reconciliation
- Sustain monthly accounting close
- Lead Accounts Receivable
- Secondary assignment when necessary
- Sustain Accounts Payable
- Form monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
Requirements
- Detailed and have the ability work independently
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Previous accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
- Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines
- Solid understanding of Basic Bookkeeping
- Proficiency in full charge bookkeeping
- Command of bookkeeping
- Practical knowledge of Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
- Wide ranging experience with Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
- Good understanding of QuickBooks
- Well-founded grasp of Accounts Payable (AP)
- Previous experience working with Yardi
- Quality experience with account reconciliation
- General familiarity with account reconciliation
- Proven knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience highly desired
- Earlier work involving Bank Account Reconciliation
- Notable analytical, quantitative and social skills
- Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
- Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision
- Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
