Responsibilities• Efficiently manage and record daily financial transactions.• Ensure transactions are correctly posted in the relevant ledgers and day books.• Oversee payroll operations for multiple clients.• Actively monitor and report on financial transactions.• Deliver monthly financial reporting.• Administer core bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks.• Maintain and update the QuickBooks system for optimal efficiency.• Handle account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.• Conduct bank reconciliations and month-end close procedures.• Execute data entry tasks and utilize Microsoft Excel for record-keeping and analysis.
