We are offering a contract-to-hire position for a meticulous and organized Credit Clerk to join our team in Little Mountain, South Carolina. Serving in the financial services industry, the Credit Clerk will be instrumental in managing customer credit applications, maintaining up-to-date customer credit records, resolving customer inquiries related to credit, and overseeing customer credit accounts. Responsibilities:• Accurately and promptly process customer credit applications • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to credit • Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate actions for delinquent payments • Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable • Perform bank reconciliations • Execute bookkeeping tasks and general ledger duties • Manage data entry tasks and use Microsoft Excel for financial tracking • Assist with month-end close processes • Handle payroll processes and use QuickBooks for financial management.
