Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer fingerprint cards, including data entry, scanning, and payment verification.
- Maintain detailed and organized records related to card processing.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and issues both over the phone and via email.
- Solve problems for applicants regarding the card scan process.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and handle written communications both formally and informally.
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, transferring calls, faxing, scanning, mailing, and photocopying.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Dependability and a strong adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal forms.
