Robert half has teamed up with a highly successful company within the Pharmaceutical Industry in their search for a Chargebacks Analyst. In this role you will resolve charge back claims by analyzing their validity and communicating with the customer through the entire process in a timely manner. The ideal Candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to perform VLOOKUP’s and create Pivot Tables. Excellent Communication and organization skills are also needed to succeed in this fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity located in the surrounding area of Plainfield, NJ. Main Responsibilities will include:
- Process Chargeback Claims and approve errors/rejection reasons.
- Follow-up with other departments if affected.
- Publish weekly reports on chargebacks and analyzes data collected.
- Reach out to customers regarding status of their credit request.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- 2 years of experience conducting chargebacks is required.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Time Management.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
