Job Posting for Collections at Robert Half
Robert Half is seeking a Credit Collections specialist who will lead the Credit Collections team in providing support to the organization through the management of customer credit and accounts receivable.
The Credit Collections specialist will report directly to the Credit and Collections manager. The Credit and Collections specialist is working 8 : 00 a.
m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Duties :
- Monitor assigned accounts for past due balances and collectability
- Contact delinquent customers by phone, e-mail, fax, mail or other means to address and resolve past due balances.
- Work to address and resolve issues related to cash applications, NSF checks, credit card processing and more.
- Work to address and resolve issues related to terms, pricing, freight and shipping.
- Assist with cash applications when needed.
