The Benefits Administrator position is responsible for leading and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs, including: group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, worker's compensation, life insurance, accident plan, critical illness plan, and hospital indemnity plan, health savings plan, and 401(k) plan. This role will investigate new benefits programs, improves existing programs, designs employee benefits plans and provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs. As needed, this position provides special guidance and assistance to all locations in Ohio.
