Key responsibilities include advising on compensation philosophy, developing job architecture frameworks, conducting job evaluations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and analyzing compensation trends for internal equity and market competitiveness.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Business Management preferred• At least 8 years of relevant experience, with experience in designing, implementing and administering job architecture preferred• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office software; UKG experience a plus• Advanced skills in Compensation with excellent consulting and influencing abilities• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving, multitasking and shifting priorities• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible way and the ability to engage and exchange ideas• Knowledgeable in HR practices with ability to analyze, interpret and apply data to decision making• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment• Affiliation with HR networks and progress towards certifications like PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CCP preferred
Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
