Global dynamic finance company is expanding and seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its legal team in its North Miami headquarters. This attorney will have 3 years’ experience handling credit-related work, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, compliance, corporate governance and reviewing and negotiating contracts. Position is 100% on-site with a business casual family friendly collaborative office environment.
