Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client seeking a Project Accountant. This critical Project Accountant role is responsible for the ongoing analysis of product cost, development of new product cost and margin analysis. This role will also establish customer pricing by working closely with the sales teams and senior financial management team. Your responsibilities in this role
-Collect, cost code, obtain approval and input into system following company policies and procedures.
-Produce weekly AP reports and report job cash flow.
-Engage in budget preparation and review with Project Manager
-Assist in audits and general ledger preparation
-Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
-Review changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost
-Generate financial statements that comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
-Analyze costs and recommend cost savings
-Generate reports for management that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
