Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a CRM Manager for 3 month contract in the Boston area. This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (EST) hours. The CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and analysis of a variety of email and notification program initiatives. They will also assist with optimization strategy and testing. Requirements
- Degree in marketing, communications, or similar
- 5 years of CRM management experience
- Experience with email and notification proframs
- Previous experience with performance monitoring and optimization
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing
