Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative: - Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence- Conduct outbound calls to various providers - Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers- Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion-Conduct survey's on product usage and provide information to sales team -Work collaboratively with team members
