Key Tasks and Obligations

• Take a proactive role in the handling and examination of energy aid applications, embodying a respectful and courteous approach throughout.
• Process energy aid applications, complying with company policies and grant stipulations, will make a real difference to those in need.
• Evaluate and process utility assistance requests in compliance with our policies and regulations
• You'll have a key role in maintaining precise client documentation and compiling regular reports.
• Maintain comprehensive client records and ensure they adhere to our policies
• Generate detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as per our requirements
• Provide necessary information and referral to additional internal and external support resources as appropriate

Requirements:

• Prior completion of education beyond high school in a relevant discipline or related hands-on experience in human services or client relations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, bringing you closer to our diverse clientele.
