We are hiring for a Customer Support Representative to join John Deere's A& I Products in Rock Valley, IA! As a Customer Support Representative, you will service customers through receipt of inbound calls and inquiries. Specific support actions will include:Place customer orders using multiple business systemsAnswer questions regarding order status, freight cost, freight status, and product detailsPerform outbound calls related to sales or potential informative campaignsService various call queues and possibly chat queues as assignedThis Customer Support Representative opportunity is first shift opportunity within the timeframe of 7a - 6p CST. Occasional overtime and/or holiday support may be required. The team is currently working in a hybrid capacity with 2-3 days in office and can support a fully onsite schedule as well.
