In this role you will be compiling, interpreting, and reporting information on a variety of data types. This Data Analyst position is for someone who is deadline driven and highly analytical.
Your responsibilities in this role
- Call out relevant insights from compiled analytical reports
- Complete data mining projects- Examine corporate reports, such as quarterly earnings, to build sound financial reports
- Handle management requests to extract, manipulate, and organize data
- Analyze data for market assessments, forecasting, and additional investigation
Requirements
- Understanding of a variety of data models
- Skilled in spreadsheet and reporting applications, including V-lookups, pivot tables, and queries
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- BS/BA in Accounting, finance, or economics
- Must have strong attention to detail as well as problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Wide-ranging capabilities in data management and manipulation
- 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, data analysis or similar role
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
