Responsibilities
- Support the data management team by performing high-volume data entry tasks
- Use Microsoft Excel to generate basic reports and manage data
- Handle confidential files with utmost care and responsibility
- Assist in the launching of a database conversion process
- Maintain a highly organized file system for efficient data retrieval and management
- Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer credit records and take appropriate action when necessary
- Resolve any customer inquiries related to their credit applications or records
- Ensure all data entry tasks are performed in a timely manner to support the efficient running of the operation
- Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is vital for this role
- Demonstrated ability in Customer Service
- Proven experience in Data Entry
- Proficiency in Email Correspondence
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Experience in Organizing Files
- Ability to Perform Calculations accurately
- Experience in Scanning documents
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Prior experience in High-Volume Data Entry is preferred
