Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable by tracking, processing, and reconciling payments and expenditures.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Perform accurate data entry operations to maintain databases and spreadsheets.
- Process invoices, record transactions, and track expenses.
- Conduct account reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations.
- Conduct check runs to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Assist in coding invoices to maintain organized financial records.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Must possess skills in Accounts Payable (AP).
- Strong Data Entry skills are essential.
- Capable of efficiently processing invoices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
