Robert Half is looking for a IT DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST TECHNICIAN ON-SITE IN DE SOTO, KS for a permanent direct hire full time position. The position is FULLY ON-SITE IN DE SOTO,KS. You will work for a medium sized company with over 70 years history of success in the manufacturing company, with multiple offices across the nation.
This is a NEW position onsite in De Soto, KS to join an IT Infrastructure Team that sits in another location. As a result, not only will you have the opportunity to apply your IT Help Desk Technician skills, but will have the opportunity to help trouble shoot and learn networking, systems, security and many other skills. Tremendous room for growth and expansion and advancement.
This is a perfect blend of applying your IT desktop support skills as well as hardware, software and device trouble-shooting and support. You will also have the opportunity to learn and support several proprietary systems, and assist your IT Infrastructure Team who physically sit outside of this location in any hands on initial trouble shooting of servers, networks, and or security issues. Your site location will have about 55 users and you will have a technical operations sales manager onsite, with a dotted line to the IT Infrastructure Manager at another location for any technical questions or more complex guidance. You will provide exceptional onsite service to your end users. You will be self-directed, organized, have excellent communication and work a core business hours schedule onsite Monday thru Friday.

Requirements:
- 2 years of IT Help Desk / Desktop support experience
- Must have: experience with MS Office 365, Windows Server 2019, Window 10/11, any ticketing system
- A plus: experience with Citrix, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, BricsCAD, MS Teams Voice, Think Tel and SharePoint, other
- Experience with hardware, software, mobile device, peripheral device support
- Excellent trouble shooting, organization, communication, attention to detail

- Desktop support or related experience
