Responsibilities
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop and server operating system environments including 3rd party software and hardware.
· Escalate tickets as necessary to our Service Technician III group for further troubleshooting. Communicate to clients as necessary on status.
· Provide onsite desktop, server and network infrastructure support when necessary.
· Develop skills on internal process tools and provide feedback to service management on process improvement.

Requirements
- 2- 5 years of desktop support or other related experience
- Experience working in a managed service environment preferred.
- knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Foundational knowledge in JAMF Pro
- Apple iOS experience preferred.
- Windows Sever, MS AD, Sever and Desktop Backup Software
