We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will lead a marketing team and spearhead digital marketing strategy for a leading, global automation company located in Garnett Valley, PA. This person will work closely with the US Strategy Team to secure budget, employ strategies, and analyze and report on results. The position is a 100% ONSITE opportunity. Responsibilities: As the Digital Marketing Manager Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team that raises brand awareness and generates high quality leads. Develop and implement a digital lead generation strategy to attract partnersDevelop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive sales for companyPlan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaignsDesign, build and maintain our social media presenceMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
