Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Very large Private Equity owned company with operations around the USA is seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. The candidate will direct the consolidation and analysis of financial results of all business units (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) and must have experience in 3 statement financial modeling.  Will be the owner of the company long-term planning model: Including continuous improvement and upkeep of such model, scenario modeling, cash flow and credit agreement metric reporting, etc.  Using company model, drives and reviews yearly long-term plan for presentation, review and approval from senior management and the company owners.  Must have very strong Financial Modeling skills with experience in M& A due diligence.  Looking for 8 years of Corporate FP& A experience here, preferably with a base of a few years in Investment Banking, Consulting or Corporate Development / M& A activities.  Must be very strong in developing board level presentation materials.  Very high exposure here to the Sr. Leadership team.  MBA or CFA preferred…...Top caliber / faster track candidates preferred with upside potential to grow in this larger organization.  The company operates on a Hybrid work schedule in Morris County.  This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to transition out of Investment Banking into the Corporate sector.   The company offers a very competitive salary in the $160-200K base salary range plus 25% target bonus depending on experience.    Excellent benefits offered as well here. Robert Half Finance & Accounting specializes in the full time placement of accounting and finance professionals and is a division of Robert Half International (NYSE:RHI).
