Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service/ Dispatcher in DuPont, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**This is a fully onsite position**
Responsibilities:
- Schedules and dispatches both internal/external drivers
- Gets orders and packages prepared
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Post delivery notes, process invoices and credits, and assist with billing
Requirements
- Computer Skills
- Dispatching experience required
- SAP experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel
- Delivery Schedule experience
