Job Responsibilities: - Greet patients and families upon their arrival in the ER - Obtain medical and demographic information from patients to register them for services - Collect insurance information and verify coverage - Determine and collect co-payments, deductibles, and other patient responsibility amounts as required - Deliver exceptional patient service and answer any queries related to admission procedures - Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth admissions process - Maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations - Keep precise and accurate records of all transactions and interactionsShifts Available: 7:30AM-3:30 PM11PM-7AM
