Routinely research alternative programs, implement enhancements to current programs, and oversee all general tasks associated with administration. At the direction of the Manager, administrative assistant helps to ensure all client services are coordinated and delivered to our association clients.
Duties may include activities such as:
• coordinating meetings for Association manager or clients
• administering client webinars
• updating client membership databases
• preparing and processing client membership dues invoices
• updating association websites
• developing marketing materials
• developing content for client social media posts
• assisting association members to access their member benefits
• administering continuing education programs and processing credits
• providing support to client Board of Directors and committee members,
• supporting the planning of conferences and other events,
• performing outreach to association members
• crafting marketing messages across communications platforms.
