This long-term contract / contract / contract / contract / contract / temporary employment opportunity is based in the Williamsburg, Virginia area.Your responsibilities- Achieve compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls by working with business partners- Organize quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors- Manage monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP- Complete other projects as required- Ready monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting- Bring a daily dedication to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process- Build analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)- Put together Balance Sheet account reconciliations- Take part in various department-wide initiatives
