This role also includes managing facility services, organizing spaces, coordinating meetings and events, and providing exceptional administrative support.Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Operations:Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing excellent customer service.Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.Manage front desk activities, including scheduling and maintaining reception area organization.Facility Service Coordination:Ensure the functionality and organization of shared spaces, including meeting rooms and common areas.Act as a liaison with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and supplies.Address and resolve facility-related issues promptly.Meeting and Event Coordination:Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring proper setup of spaces and equipment.Plan and coordinate internal events, including logistics, catering, and communication.Maintain and manage meeting room calendars and reservations.Administrative Support:Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.Maintain records of office inventory and supplies.Support other departments with special projects and tasks as needed.
