Responsibilities
- Providing administrative assistance, including organizing files and data entry tasks.
- Managing a multi-line phone system and ensuring all calls are correctly directed.
- Delivering concierge services, assisting clients, and managing customer service needs.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to complete tasks and assignments.
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills for effective client and team communication.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in administrative assistance and organizing files
- Demonstrated ability to answer multi-line phone systems effectively
- Proven customer service skills
- Experience in concierge services
- Excellent interpersonal skills
