Description

We are looking for a General Office Clerk to join our team located in Boardman, Ohio. The role focuses on providing administrative assistance and excellent customer service, while efficiently handling data entry tasks. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Position will work Wednesday and Thursday (8 hour shifts)- Must be willing to drive to the bank.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks and offer assistance to the team
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Accurately process data entries and maintain up-to-date records
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various office tasks
  • Organize files and documents in a systematic manner for easy retrieval
  • Scan and digitize important documents and files
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
  • Handle shipping functions and ensure timely delivery of packages
  • Assist in other office tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining organized files
  • Familiarity with shipping functions and scanning documents
  • Proven administrative assistance skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to schedule appointments effectively
  • Capability to perform general office clerk duties efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain files.

Salary : $14 - $17
