We are on the hunt for a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia. In this role, you will be expected to provide technical support and maintenance within our desktop and store computing environment. This includes tasks such as diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading hardware and equipment. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Respond to requests received through the IT helpdesk in a timely and effective manner• Provide technical support for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and Point of Sale systems via phone, e-mail, chat, or on-site• Guide customers through the problem-solving process• Address technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems• Run diagnostics to resolve customer-reported issues• Install, alter, and repair computer hardware and software• Document and track issues with incident management systems• Troubleshoot problem areas either in person, by telephone, or via remote access• Report significant and recurring issues to the tier-2 support team• Ensure optimal workstation and store performance by installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment such as PC, registers, printers, and scanners.
