I am recruiting urgently for a detailed-oriented Helpdesk Level II detail oriented for my client, a leading company in the Property Management industry located on Long Island, NY. This is a permanent on-site role. Salary range is 50K to 55K depending on experience. The role comes with excellent benefits. Tier I and II IT support; administering and supporting desktops, smartphones and other corporate devices.
Assignment timeframe: 1/23/23 and end 3/10/23
Hours: 8:30 – 5pm (30 min lunch)
Experience; Level I and II desktop support.
-troubleshooting general PC issues
-password resets
-Software install and troubleshooting: Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, Helpdesk ticketing software (i.e. TrackIt)
-Hardware install and troubleshooting: peripherals such as docking stations, multiple monitor support, VOIP phones, Copiers (i.e. Ricoh), printers
-general knowledge of access control such as key FOB enabling and disabling
-imaging, factory resetting and setting up Laptops, tablets.
-ability to lift 50 pounds
-setup Android and Apple cell phones
-General knowledge of and troubleshooting
